You contact me either by phone or email to inquire about my design services.
A brochure PDF will be emailed to you together with a link to my website so you can choose the services that best suit your needs.
I will contact you to answer your questions and educate you on my services and pricing structure based on your needs to determine if I’m a good fit and if I can serve you well. If so, I will email my estimate or proposal to you.
An estimate or proposal is emailed and if approved, a Contract is drawn up and sent through HelloSign for both our signatures.
Along with my estimate or proposal, I will email a document called Scope of Work which will outline further details of your web design project.
Once you receive my Contract through HelloSign, you are encouraged to look it over carefully. The Contract will outline what you will receive with my services as stated in the Scope of Work document I included with my estimate or proposal and the cost as stated in the estimate or proposal. It will also outline the agreed payment schedule. Once the contract is signed with both our signatures, a retainer is collected.
Once the contract is signed with both our signatures, a retainer is collected which is the First Initial Deposit 50% of the total cost of the estimate or proposal. This will then reserve you into my schedule to begin the design process.
Since aesthetics and preferences change over time, this meeting usually takes place 1-2 weeks before the design process begins so I have time to get to know you and you can explore and decide on design ideas closer to the design process. During the allotted time, we will discuss the aesthetics, logistics, and details of your design. This includes reviewing inspirational websites, branding, and review websites from my portfolio. I want to make sure that you walk away with an idea of how your website design will display and function before going further with the design process and launch day.
A link to my Brand & Website Questionnaire will be sent to you by email which you will need to fill out with all the information you have so far and submit back to me.
