You contact me either by phone or email to inquire about my design services. You take a moment to complete my Website Design Inquiry & Intake Form and submit back to me. This form will help me understand what your needs and requirements are. After you submit this form, I will be in touch with you to discuss further what you require and how I can help and if you would like to schedule your Free Initial Web Design Inquiry & Design Consultation Meeting.
Once I hear back from you through the Web Design Inquiry & Intake Form you submit to me and you decide that you would like to move forward with this inquiry process, you will need to schedule your Free Initial Web Design Inquiry & Design Consultation Meeting with me to discuss your web design project further. This meeting can be either in-person or by video conference. In this meeting, I will listen and learn about your company, answer your questions, and educate you on my services and pricing structure based on your needs. At this point, together we will complete the Brand & Website Questionnaire through my website or you are welcome to fill it out prior to the web design consultation and submit back to me. This questionnaire is designed to help me understand your goals, needs and style and would be information you have so far. Once I receive this form, I will look over the details and contact you if needed.
After your Free Web Design Consultation and the Brand & Website Questionnaire has been submitted, you will receive my Proposal & Scope of Work by email, and you are encouraged to look it over carefully. This Proposal will outline what you will receive with my services and the costs associated with the redesign. It will also outline a payment schedule as well. If you agree to my Proposal & Scope of Work, I will then email my Web Design Contract for Services via HelloSign for our signatures.
Once you receive my Contract through HelloSign, you are encouraged to look it over carefully. The Contract will outline what you will receive with my services as stated in the Scope of Work document I included with my estimate or proposal and the cost as stated in the estimate or proposal. It will also outline the agreed payment schedule. Once the contract is signed with both our signatures, a retainer is collected.
Once the contract is signed with both our signatures, a retainer is collected which is the First Initial Deposit 50% of the total cost of the estimate or proposal. This will then reserve you into my schedule to begin the design process.
If you are ready to begin and interested in booking your project with me plus all of the above steps have been completed, I would be happy to accommodate your time frame and schedule your project as soon as I can. My professional "Starter" website package up to 5 pages takes about 1-3 weeks depending on how quickly you can provide the information required. A more involved custom web design project usually takes about 4-6 weeks to complete but I can give you a more accurate time frame after we have discussed the details in your Free Website Design Consultation.
Since aesthetics and preferences change over time, this meeting usually takes place 1-2 weeks before the design process begins so I have time to get to know you and you can explore and decide on design ideas closer to the design process. During the allotted time, we will discuss the aesthetics, logistics, and details of your design. This includes reviewing inspirational websites, branding, and review websites from my portfolio. I want to make sure that you walk away with an idea of how your website design will display and function before going further with the design process and launch day.
I value customer service to the maximum! As the planning and design continues, you can contact me as many times as you wish with questions and updates as we go along.
