In order to get your project started on time and stay on schedule, I will require a 50% deposit upon signing my Web Design Contract for Services or Updates & Maintenance Estimate and the remaining 50% + any costs incurred will be due in the Final Invoice:
Once after you have signed my Web Design Approval Sign-Off;
After your website has been either launched, updates or maintenance have completed.
Since every business and website project is unique due to the amount of services required and the length of the project. This information will be discussed and outlined in both our initial consultation meeting and in the Proposal & Scope of Work or Updates & Maintenance Estimate before your project begins.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars and I accept credit cards and Interac e-Transfers. If required, we can also work out a personalized custom payment plan.
The Deposit is Refundable as Follows:
100% refund up to 14 days before the project starts
50% refund up to 7 days before project starts
No refund within 7 days of project. Once the project has begun, the full amount is due and not refundable.
